BRAMBLE

· 4 cl gin

· 1cl simple syrup
· 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
· 1.5 cl blackberry liqueur
· crushed ice

Prepare your glass with crushed ice. Fill with gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Pour blackberry liqueur in a circular fashion. Garnish with two blackberries and lemon slice.


GIN FIZZ

· 4.5 cl gin

· 1 cl sugar syrup
· juice of 1/2 lemon
· soda and ice

Mix gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup with ice cubes. Pour into a tumbler. Top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon.


FRENCH 75

· 3 cl gin

· 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
· 2 dashes sugar syrup
· 6 cl champagne

Mix gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon.


VESPER

· 6cl gin

· 1.5 cl vodka
· 0.75 cl lillet blonde
· lemon twist garnish

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Vesper was first mentioned by writer Ian Fleming in his 1953 novel Casino Royale. It‘s a true Bond- style- cocktail.
